About our company
Eurasiamquest, Inc. is a Landbase Recruitment Agency. It is an organized incorporation duly registered under the Securities and Exchange Commission and with the Philippine Oversease Employment Administration with license no. POEA-192-LB-121720-R
Our goal and objective is to recruit competent workers from the Philippines and send the to various countries. At present, we deploy qualified workers like SKILLED WORKERS and HOUSEHOLD WORKERS depending on the need of clients/ foreign principal. Our initial country of deployment is MIDDLE
EAST.
Our Service Procedure
Recruitment
We utilized various methods to gather applicants from which we can choose workers for deployment through manpower pooling recruitment activities, advertising in leading news papers and online services.
Mobilization
To complete all needed documents of the workers, preperation for mobilization of the workers are need. We will coordinate with Foreign Principals for the processing of the documents of the workers.
Documentation
After candidates have been selected, documentation will be process such as
Passport, Medical examinations, TRADE TEST, Musaned applications, biometrics tru VFS Tasheel, PDOS Seminar. Visa Stamping, POES (Philippine Overseas Employment Authority) Mandatory insurance, POEA exit permit, and other documents needed for deployment of the worker, Eurasiamquest will sendreports to the Foreign Agency to help the client monitor the progress of the documentation
Screening and Selection Applicants
A thorough selection of applicants will be done to ensure that applicants we present to you will meet the competency and qualification being required for the job. This include the confirmation of the credentials of the applicants screening and interview and pre-medical certificate
Deployment
After processing all the documents, the workers will be ready for departure and
we will inform the Foreign Agency about the ticket and we will orient and brief the workers of the culture, Laws and Regulation of the host country and the preparation needed for the workers' easy adjustment and integration with the host country. Eurasiamquest will inform the workers of the airport procedures and protocol for a hassle free flight abroad.
